This new version of the Bowl 70 plancha has been fitted with a small outer rim to keep fats and oils exactly where they belong - on the plancha.
Half sphere: You need to buy 2x this item to be able to close the complete sphere.
What the plancha can do.
Light the Bowl, place the plancha half-ring in place and the grilling pleasure can begin. The cast-iron plate, also known as the plancha, makes grilling with charcoal or firewood healthier than ever. The new Bowl 70 plancha rests stably on three support points and, thanks to the small outer rim, fats and oils now stay exactly where they belong - on the plancha.
With the Plancha plate, Höfats Bowl 70 becomes a grill-plancha!
Once the Bowl 70 is ignited, simply place the plancha half-ring on top. For an even larger cooking surface, you can combine two half-sphere planchas (optional 2nd plate not included).
IFor example, for searing red meats, shrimps, small squid, minced zucchini or mixed vegetables.
Tip: store oiled between uses to prevent rust.
