WHERE DO I COME FROM?

I'm Italian, as is the designer who created me. His name is Raffaello Galiotto and he belongs to that category of talent that Italy is capable of offering. Yet he didn't want to dwell on the same made in "something". Of course: I'm the result of the rigor, intuition and deep attention to detail that make my country so great. But in the end, what are borders if I can feel at home in every house? For me, it's all about making your life lighter and more pleasant. If you like, I'll help you give everyday objects the design of a special day.

WILL IT WORK?

That's the first thing I'd ask myself too. What if it were easier to try? Watch me closely. Study me. Even though a detail may seem like a purely aesthetic choice, I assure you that in fact it conceals a function. Have you ever seen a funnel with an airtight tab? It's for blocking water with a finger. And a colander with holes placed differently than usual? That's to prevent a single piece of spaghetti from slipping through. And a cutting board that's not straight but curved? It's to keep liquids from dispersing. And that's it. The experiment is yours. I can tell you that yes, it will work. Because the hands that drew me were inspired by yours.

WILL IT LAST?

I'm made of polypropylene, a highly resistant, thermally insulated plastic material that's easy to recycle because it's unique and doesn't need to be split. But you can keep me as long as you like. Indeed, each piece is specially designed to last potentially indefinitely: just notice the quality of the thicknesses or the absence of levels in the bottom of the objects, so as to encourage careful washing and prevent moisture from settling. If the most important environment is yours, a healthier planet makes everyone happy. I respect it, I respect you.
