Biohort SmartBase PLUS.

The ideal solution for slopes and lawns.

While the SmartBase foundation features adjustable feet, the patented SmartBase^MORE is fitted with foundation screws. These are screwed directly into the ground and can compensate for slopes of up to 15 cm. Extensions are available on request for greater height differences. For this, the ground must be compact and free of large stones..

• - Specially designed foundation frame.
• - Hot-dip galvanized foundation screws.
• - Mounting plates can be adjusted to different heights.

• - Better drainage of rainwater thanks to integrated barrier. 

The aluminum floor frame and base plate are no longer required!

Assembly data:

Assembly time: 2 to 4 hours for two people (depending on dexterity and product).

Tools not included): percussion drill, drill bit Ø 40 x 600 mm, spirit level, drill, 13 and 24 mm wrenches, shovel.

Steps:

Step 1:

Set the scene.

Step 2:

Screw in foundation screws.

Drill the marked holes (percussion drill) and screw the foundation screws into the ground using the tool supplied.

Step 3:

Install mounting plates.

Connect the mounting plates to the foundation screws and align them using a spirit level.

Steps 4,5,6:

Attach aluminum frame and slats.

Install and secure the frame and cross-members using the fastening materials provided. Install and secure aluminum slats.

Maximum load 200kg per square meter.
