Whether as a garden design element or for growing vegetables on the balcony, raised beds are all the rage. No wonder: the layer system allows for a better yield and the height of the growing area makes work easier.

For long-term use, however, a material is required that shows resistance in constant contact with heat-generating and nutrient-intensive rotting processes: for the Biohort raised bed, therefore, only hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with an additional polyamide stove - enamel finish was considered. A rodent protection made of fiberglass is also included.
