Barlow Tyrie Maintenance product - Teak Colour Guard (1 liter)

• - Wear eye protection and rubber gloves when using Teak Colour Guard. Cover the ground beneath your work area before starting work.
• - For discolored or oiled teak, first clean the furniture with Teak Cleaner.
• - If the cleaned wood is rough, sand it lightly with sandpaper before applying the protective coating. Make sure the teak is absolutely dry and dust-free.
• - For new teak: "Allow teak to age" outdoors for one week before applying treatment.
• - Shake Teak Colour Guard at least one minute before use. Failure to shake sufficiently may result in irregular discoloration.
• - We recommend that you test Teak Colour Guard on a small, inconspicuous area (e.g. the back of a stand) to see if the color is to your liking. 
• - Apply a very thin coat of Teak Colour Guard evenly over the furniture, using a dust-free cloth. Apply a second very thin coat after 30 minutes.
• - We recommend treating teak furniture once or twice a year with Teak Colour Guard.
