Introducing the Polished Cast Iron Dutch Oven. Inspired by Japanese cookware and carefully crafted for use over open fires, this Dutch oven is the luxury cast iron pot you've been looking for. The included lid, polished circular interior, improved heat distribution, elongated handle, and copper accents make it a dream to cook with. Pre-seasoned with organic sunflower oil and ready to use right out of the box.

Note: Due to a thicker base than similar products, we recommend cooking slowly and at a low temperature. to familiarize yourself with your Dutch oven. As with all new Dutch ovens, some cooking marks may occur and will diminish over time.
