Glatz is known for its innovative ideas. The SOMBRANO® s+ is the first free-arm umbrella that automatically opens and tilts horizontally when you turn its crank. Since Glatz has a practical approach, they mounted the pole on the side of the umbrella. That’s why you can freely enjoy the entire space beneath the SOMBRANO® s+.
Thanks to its tilt bar, the parasol canopy can be tilted up to 54° on both sides and can even rotate 360° around its axis by operating its included swivel base on ball bearings. All you have to do is choose the quality and color of the fabric, as well as the optional mounting system.
easy version: Only the fabric quality differs from other similar "noneasy" models; the frame is the same.

L support frame and roof structure are available in natural anodized aluminum and anthracite powder-coated aluminum.

Minimum weight of the base for parasols with dimensions Ø350cm, 300x300cm: 120kg.
Minimum base weight for umbrella dimensions Ø400 cm, 350 x 350 cm, 400 x 300 cm: 180 kg.
Canvas:
Fabric category 2: 100% polyester, approx. 220 g/m², colorfastness 5–6, UV protection 98%, easy care, stain-resistant, and mold-resistant treatment. Optimal protection against direct exposure to ultraviolet rays. Not recommended for windy locations. Colors 100–199.
Fabric category 4: 100% polyester, approx. 250 g/m², solution-dyed, pile fiber, colorfastness 7, UV protection >98%, easy care, stain-resistant, and mold-resistant treatment. Optimal protection against direct exposure to ultraviolet rays. Not recommended for locations exposed to strong winds. Colors 400–499.
Fabric category 5 "waterproof": 100% polyacrylic, approx. 300 g/m², solution-dyed, colorfastness 7-8, UV protection >98%, stain-resistant, water- and oil-repellent, anti-mold treatment. Optimal protection against direct exposure to ultraviolet rays. Recommended for locations exposed to strong winds. Colors 500–699.
Eggshell 150 color available while supplies last.

Responsibilities:
The SOMBRANO® s+ opens and closes using the removable crank handle. The crank handle is self-locking. The tilt bar allows you to tilt the canopy on both sides to 54° in 18° increments. Equipped with a swivel base mounted on bearings, the SOMBRANO® s+ rotates 360°.
Ground anchors (sockets, bases) not included as an option.
