Key features:

• Solution-dyed fabric: the anthracite colour lasts much longer in the sun.
• Light, tear-resistant ripstop polyester; stays supple even in freezing weather, unlike PVC, and can be recycled at the end of its life.

Compatibility:

A round cover also fits a slightly smaller round or oval set, as long as it is no more than 15 cm too big per side.

Choosing the right size:

• Push the chairs in against the table, then measure over the table including the backs and sides of the chairs.
• Height: top of the highest backrest.
• Allow a few centimetres of margin so the cover goes on and off easily.
• If you are between two sizes, take the larger one, but no more than 15 cm too big per side: an oversized cover flaps in the wind and wears faster.

How to use and tips:

• Fit the cover over clean, dry furniture, then pull the drawcord tight and lock the toggles.
• Keep the cover taut so that water and dirt do not collect on top.
• On a large table, the AeroCover support set lifts the centre of the cover so water runs off instead of pooling.
• Remove the cover from time to time to air the furniture. In prolonged wet weather, store cushions indoors.
• A little condensation under the cover is normal when temperatures change: it is not a leak.
• No cover is 100% waterproof: the fabric is water-resistant and the seams are splash-proof, but a little water may get through in heavy rain.
• Like any fabric exposed to the sun, the cover fades slowly over the years without losing its protective function.
