Breathable protective cover for parasols from the Dutch brand Platinum AeroCover. It protects the closed canopy from rain, wind, snow and dust, and prevents fading and wear.

Key features:

• Solution-dyed fabric: the anthracite colour lasts much longer in the sun.
• Light, tear-resistant ripstop polyester; stays supple even in freezing weather, unlike PVC, and can be recycled at the end of its life.
• Drawcord with 2 toggles for a perfect fit.
• Sewn-in fibreglass rod: the cover goes on from the top, no stepladder needed.
• Supplied with a storage bag.

Compatibility:

For a centre-pole parasol, open parasol with a:

• round canopy up to Ø300 cm
• square canopy up to 225 x 225 cm

Fit also depends on pole and rib length: if in doubt, send us your parasol's reference.

How to use and tips:

• Close the parasol and tie the canopy.
• Pull the cover on from the top using the sewn-in fibreglass rod, no stepladder needed.
• Tighten the drawcord at the bottom of the cover.
• Remove the cover from time to time to air the furniture. In prolonged wet weather, store cushions indoors.
• A little condensation under the cover is normal when temperatures change: it is not a leak.
• No cover is 100% waterproof: the fabric is water-resistant and the seams are splash-proof, but a little water may get through in heavy rain.
• Like any fabric exposed to the sun, the cover fades slowly over the years without losing its protective function.
