What the plancha can do.
Light the BOWL, place the half ring of the plancha and the grilling fun can begin. The cast iron plate, also called plancha, makes grilling with charcoal or firewood healthier than ever. The new BOWL 57 plancha sits stably on three support points and, thanks to the small outer rim, fats and oils now stay exactly where they should be - on the plancha.
Thanks to the use of the Plancha plate, Höfats BOWL 57 transforms into a grill-plancha!
Once the BOWL 57 is ignited, simply place the plancha half ring on top. For an even larger cooking surface, you can combine two half-sphere planchas (2nd plate not included as an option).
Ideal for searing red meats, shrimp, small squid, sliced zucchini or a mixture of vegetables for example.
Tip: store oiled between uses to prevent the appearance of rust.
