The massive enamelled cast-iron plate makes the Cube a Plancha grill! The plate can be adjusted in height on the Cube 's notches, allowing you to choose the cooking temperature.
IIdeal for searing red meats, shrimps, small squid, minced zucchinis or mixed vegetables, for example. In addition to the plancha's smooth surface, the Cube cast-iron griddle has a fluted side on which each steak is perfectly marked. Two plancha griddles can be installed in the Cube, if required at different heights. Tip: store oiled between uses to prevent rust.
