The double-walled design stores heat from the four stainless steel burners and provides an oven-like ambiance. Roast a prime rib on the grill instead of in the oven, or bake cakes and pastries. Fantastic in the summer heat. Inside the grill, you'll find Napoleon's unique WAVE™ porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grates that leave beautiful grill patterns.

Below the flame and burner guard inserts is the full-width grease drip pan, which is fully removable for easy cleaning.

Infrared burners are ready for use when the gas passes through the openings in the ceramic where it burns on the surface. The heat is absorbed by the ceramic and it begins to glow. That red glow is the infrared heat that seals in the meat juices on the perfect steak or roast. You don't have to worry about heat loss when you open the lid to inspect the food. Napoleon gas grills feature a hood that protects the sides and back of the grill from excessive heat loss.
